If you place an order on our webshop you can pay by:

credit card: the amount is reserved and only debited after delivery.

Payments by SEPA bank transfers can take longer (3-5 workdays† Your order will only be processed if we have received the payment correctly.

Alle bestellingen worden binnen 1 tot 7 werkdagen (weekends en feestdagen niet inbegrepen) na ontvangst van de bevestigingsmail van uw bestelling verwerkt. U krijgt opnieuw een bericht wanneer uw bestelling is verzonden.

Let op: we proberen uw bestelling altijd 24 uur na ontvangst te verzenden. We geven echter geen garanties en aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid, noch enige
terugvordering van kosten die het gevolg is van een langer dan gemiddelde levertijd vanwege een groot aantal bestellingen,
problemen met de postdienst of andere factoren die buiten onze controle zijn.


Tarieven en schattingen voor binnenlandse verzending en & pick-up points

Gratis levering voor bestellingen van meer dan:

50 euro (excl. BTW) – België¨

60 euro (excl. BTW) – Nederland/Luxemburg/Frankrijke


Lokale levering:

Gratis lokale levering voor bestellingen van meer dan 30 euro (excl. BTW) voor de volgende regio’s: Sint-Genesius-Rode, Beersel, Waterloo, Eigenbrakel,
Dworp, Alsemberg, Lot.

Voor lokale levering van bestellingen onder de 30 euro geldt een verzendkost
van 3,50 euro.

Leveringen worden gedaan van 10.00 – 17.00 uur op weekdagen. Op de dag van
de levering krijgt u van ons een sms-bericht op het telefoonnummer dat u bij
het afrekenen heeft opgegeven.


Verzending naar postbus

Verzending naar postbus is niet beschikbaar.


Terugbetaling, retourzending en omruiling

We aanvaarden retourzendingen tot 14 dagen na levering, als het artikel ongebruikt, ongeopend en in de originele staat is. We zullen het volledige orderbedrag minus de verzendkosten voor het retourneren terugbetalen.

In het geval dat uw bestelling op enige wijze beschadigd aankomt, stuur ons dan zo snel mogelijk een e-mail op info@my-care.be met uw bestelnummer en een
foto van de staat van het artikel. We behandelen deze per geval, maar zullen ons best doen om naar een bevredigende oplossing te werken.

Send an email to info@my-care.be with your name and order number. A return label will be sent to you by email.

Return term:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible at info@my-care.be with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We will deal with these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Retrou conditions:

Unopened products can be returned if the product is packed completely and undamaged in the original packaging. Accompanied by the accessories and documents supplied with purchase.

Opened or used products that are no longer in new condition or whose original packaging is damaged are not covered by the return policy and cannot invoke the return policy.

Customized specific products & bulk material cannot rely on the return policy.

Cancellation & Refund:

If we have properly processed the cancellation, we will refund you within 5 working days by bank transfer to the relevant account number of the purchase.

When you buy an item through My Care, you can assume that it is in good condition and will continue to work as expected under normal use. However, it can always happen that you are unexpectedly not satisfied and want to return your item or have to register for repair. There are certain rules attached to this. To avoid surprises, we recommend that you read through this information page.

Manufacturer's warranty

The manufacturer of your ordered item can provide a manufacturer's warranty. This means that the manufacturer will repair or replace your item during that warranty period if it becomes defective, unless the defect was caused by you. Please contact the partner, because warranty and service of purchases from our partners runs directly through the partner. You can also always contact the manufacturer. If you wish, we will help you with this as much as possible.



No unexpected repair costs. If a product breaks during the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement, unless you have not used the product normally. Is the repair due to, for example, user damage? Then the repair is for your own account.

We will only repair your item after you have given permission, so that you do not have unexpected costs. Before the repair is carried out, you will first receive an estimate of the costs.
